Coughlin Family Traditions for over 48 years. 

In 1968 the Coughlin family's growing Property Management Company, developed a need for a maintenance division. As the Management Company grew so did the Maintenance division.  In 1984 Ted Coughlin took the reigns of the Maintenance division, and has been growing ever since forming Coughlin Service Corp in 1996, with a focus on customer service, tradition and pride.  Today Coughlin Service Corp has a team of eight full-time and ten part-time qualified, and experienced personnel.  We are a Single Source Solution for all your properties' needs providing Construction, Woodworking, Property Maintenance, and Snow and Ice Management, in the Middletown CT area. Our Comittment to excellence has become a trademark, a trademark of quality.
